WEEKEND INTENSIVE

People who come for intensives are ready for their lives to be different. If you have been struggling with a behavior, thought pattern, or memory and have not been able to shift into a healthier way of life with other therapy, then intensive may be for you.

WHY DO AN INTENSIVE?

Intensives allow you to stay in an extended vulnerable space and posture not always afforded in a one-on-one weekly therapeutic session to uncover patterns and roots of issues impeding your life. The intensive will combine education, processing, guided imagery, biodynamic craniosacral, somatic skill building, mindfulness practices, inner child work, body-mind centering techniques, the potential to uncover birth trauma, and possible walks outside on our trial systems.

YOU ARE READY FOR AN INTENSIVE:

  • You want focused time to work with a therapist on patterns holding you back in relationships, professional life, or other areas.

  • You have already experienced traditional therapy and have not been able to make the changes you have desired.

  • You want to process painful or traumatic experiences that you keep reliving.

SCHEDULE:

We will meet for 1-3 days between the hours of 9 and 5, typically on weekends, with Friday or Monday added.

You will receive five hours of therapy a day, but flexibility and shifting to meet your personal needs are paramount. During the intensive, you will have my undivided attention. We will work at your pace and take breaks for nourishment and rest when needed. Lunch can be time on your own or with me. There may be journaling or homework in the evening.

My daily rate is $1,050.00

Two-Day Intensive is $2,100.00

Three-Day Intensive is $3,100.00

Before We Book an intensive:

There will be a minimum of three meetings in person or via Google Meet. For clients wanting to do an intensive, a Pre-Intensive intake, assessments, and curated treatment planning are done. The intake is designed to create goals you want to accomplish during your Intensive Treatment. A willingness to be uncomfortable and understand this is not a vacation and a desire for change is paramount.  For the best experience and outcome with intensive, it is recommended to refrain from the overuse of alcohol, smoking marijuana, or maladaptive eating patterns while in intensive.

FOLLOW-UP CARE:

Follow-up care looks different for everyone, and we will agree to a plan before you return home.

It is suggested that you take a day off after your intensive to rest, integrate what you have experienced, and lean into the new way you perceive yourself, the world, and your circumstances. You will return home with practical tools and resources that will allow you to live a healthier and happier life—grounded in compassion, empathy, and resilience.
