Biodynamic Cranial sacral Therapy

Biodynamic Cranial Sacral therapy begins and ends with stillness.

WHY DO I USE BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL IN MY THERAPEUTIC PROCESS?

For millennia, immersing oneself in stillness has been revered as a means to forge a deeper connection with one's inner being, enhance one's spiritual journey, and gain insights from one's intuition.

The constant chatter about who we are, what we can achieve, and what we deserve is almost always in our belief systems and minds.

I use this modality when working with clients in particularly challenging places of shame, grief, and unworthiness.

Bringing a client to a space of stillness before doing Somatic Trauma work is an amazingly helpful tool that makes sensing deep, uncomfortable places much more manageable.

During the session, the client is encouraged to explore the cranial sacral hold, discovering how it can assist them in delving deeper. The table is always available for us to return to whenever needed.
