First-time client consultations

A first-time consultation is where we get to know one another.

I am eager to address any questions you may have about my approach and how it differs from traditional therapy.

The consultation is an opportunity for you to share your past therapy experiences and discuss how we can tailor our approach to better suit your needs this time.

We will also discuss why you are seeking therapy and what you want to shift for yourself.

It is time to figure out what you need to start making changes and how sessions with me can help you achieve that goal.

The consultation is also where you will get a sense of the safe space I can provide and the nonjudgemental openness I will offer in therapy.

Hopefully, by the end of the consultation, you will know if we are a good fit, which I hope we will be.
